What is the same everywhere

These hold for everything we sell — today just FeyCRM, and anything that follows it. Where this summary and a product’s own terms disagree, the product’s terms win.

  • Cancel any time — no notice period, no exit fee. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately and the subscription runs to the end of the period already paid for.
  • Refunds — a first payment is refundable in full within 14 days. A renewal is refundable in full within 14 days if the product was not materially used in that period. Metered usage already consumed is not refundable, but a metering error is corrected in full.
  • Price changes — at least 30 days’ notice by email, never retroactive, never applied to a term already paid for.
  • Your data — you own what you put in. A machine-readable export is available on request at any time, including for 30 days after an account closes.
  • Never — customer data is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train models.
  • Payments — processed by Stripe. Card numbers are never seen or stored by Fuchiba.
